After being a member of this gym for two years, I can honestly say it’s overpriced and the customer service is extremely disappointing. When you call for help, a very rude representative answers the phone and acts like you’re bothering her. After explaining your issue, you’re told to submit a ticket — even if you’ve already submitted multiple ones with no response. Don’t waste your money on a place that doesn’t care about its members or their concern's.

I checked out Arsens Gym and had a mixed experience. It honestly feels more like someone’s home gym that’s overflowing with equipment—you’re kind of tripping over things as you move around. The overall vibe is pretty dark and low energy, which might not be for everyone. That said, they do have a solid variety of good equipment, so if you’re focused purely on getting a workout in, it gets the job done.
