Ordered the wet burrito, requested no cheese. I heard the cashier tell the chef. Obviously he didn't listen since the burrito was full of cheese. Too late to return the order and so I'll do so in the morning. Couldn't eat it because of the cheese.
They say they open at 6AM on the internet... their sign says 8AM... and even though their OPEN signs were flashing, there wasn't an employee to be found at 8AM. Multiple other customers were there waiting too. Their phone number rings another Arsenio's who then tell you, "lt's a different owner and we don't have that Arsenio's number." Lots of business lost this morning and we won't be back.
The food wasn't as hot as I like but it was good
Update: Service is slipping. I ordered Al Pastor tacos but was served Adobada tacos. Didn't care for them at all. Very different flavor that Al Pastor and a little burnt. When I tried to call Arsenios (this was a Mothers Day take out order) they did not answer the phones at all! I had to Google what type of taco I got as I have never had this before.
