Dr. Smith and his staff are " SECOND TO NONE". Wait time is short, and once they call you in, they treat you with the utmost respect, attention and professionalism. The nurses are well trained and make you feel at home. I have been seeing Dr. Smith as my PCP for years. I saw him on 10/28/24 , and was, as always very pleased . In a nutshell, he was a 10, from A to Z. He is friendly, medically knowledgeable, and very caring. I will continue to recommend Dr. Smith to all my friends and family.
I love love this location been there for over 15 years, then i bring all my family with me, but lately its been bad they mess up tow of my nices info because of same last name and with out verfiying telling thme each other history, them some call my daughter telling her she was pregnant, when we call back to ask what was going on , they clain it was a mix up. Last straw my sister lewft her physical 2 weeks ago and unto this day it still not fill out, They need to fix all these mishaps
I have really bad asthma I've been waiting 3 days for a prescription I'm also diabetic I still not had my prescription filled
