Charged my insurance for multiple extra things on a regular well checkup and after hours on the phone still have not gotten in cleared up, very frustrating.
The doctor prescribed me medications and I was being informed that the prescriptions have been transmitted electronically. Doctor Spera also confirmed the name and location of the pharmacy. Unfortunately, its been over 5 hours and the pharmacy DO NOT have the prescriptions yet. This is not the first time their doctor office has been late in their commitments and lack professionalism. RecommendedI’ve known Dr. Spera since I was a little girl. My grandparents would always take me along to their visits when he practiced out of his home on Peninsula Blvd. My entire family has been going to this practice for many many years. He is a great doctor with wonderful bed side manners. He listens & spends the time you need for your visit. I now am seen by his son who became a doctor. I understand the wait at doctors offices can be lengthy, but this place just takes it to a whole new level.
DR/ Jacobs came to visit my wife today, He was in a hurry to leave and see other patients. He did not want to help installing leg compressors and abruptly left. Poor manners.
I have been seeing Dr. Smith and the rest of the staff for over 35 years now, they are fantastic and have very good bedside manner’s, all the girls behind a desk are all very friendly and professional as well! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medical needs.
I wish I could write zero stars. Major thumbs down �
