My ENT specialist recommended I see an audiologist for my tinnitus. I went to the Bathurst office for the first time to book an appointment. The young receptionist was nice, but the older one was rude. She kept interrupting, asking the same questions multiple times, didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. So I left, booked an appointment with Avenir Miramichi. I rather go out of town than dealing with rude people that don't seem to care about their job. I had been suffering with an irritating cough for months and months. I was taking blood pressure pills and that can be one of the side affects so my doctor switched to another prescription. My cough never let up so I spoke with a pharmacist to see if the new prescription was also causing me to cough but I was told it wouldn’t.
