Very slow at appointments, upon early arival you can wait anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours past your appointment time. Innatentive staff, sent documents with the wrong address months after having changed it. Also their hours they answer the phone are extremely inconvenient, a few days a week a few hours a day. Very inconvenient and frustrating to deal with all this especially when it comes to your doctors office. Things need to be fixed
