Very nice sales people
Super friendly staff, but the pricing is a little out of control for stuff like T-shirts and Harley Davidson branded products. $50 for a T-shirt.
I have been taking several Harley motorcycles for service to Arsenal for years plus have purchased bikes from them. The service is exceptional and thorough. On top of that they are honorable and committed to taking care of their customers. If you have Harley’s I highly recommend you take the bikes to Arsenal for service.
