I just want to say as nicely as I can their parts and service department really lacks in customer service. Twice in the last month I have tried to use arsenal and they have fallen short of good customer service. The first time I just needed a new battery and stuff for an oil change. They told me the battery was out of stock and it would take at least two weeks to get it in so I went to another dealership and picked it up the same day. The second incident was just yesterday.
