Great staff and customer service.
I have been using Arsenal Harley for the past 8 years and I have NEVER had a problem with them. The service team is great and they always keep you informed about where things are at. They are great at follow as well. The sales team has always been very good bringing to my attention the newest bikes. I'm not there yet but will be looking in the near future and will definitely use them for it.
My husband Dennis, Mike, Grady and I just completed the basic riders course at Arsenal HD. We all passed and had a lot of fun! It was amazing! If you dont think you need a course, you're sadly mistakened! RAD (Rob) was our coach and was a pillar of knowledge, experience and information! I learned so much in 2 days! The last 2 days were riding the course and all of that information was thoroughly implemented into our course.
