Absolutely outstanding repairs. Fast and excellent service. Steve in particular was very kind to me when it came time to pay for my out-of-pocket repairs-- I was short of what was needed, and he waived that amount from my bill so that I could take my car home immediately. Thank you Arsenal Auto Body!
I highly recommend this place! Not only did Steve make the crazy process of dealing with insurance post-accident incredibly easy, he went above and beyond to make my car look good as new. I'm grateful for their work in what could have been a very stressful process!

Popped this place across the street from my work today. Had a back panel of my scion dangling by a wire and Steve offered to replace it or gave me the option of a quick fix, which I chose. He was friendly, easy to talk to, did the work right on the spot, and didn't charge me. It's not always easy walking into a new auto body shop as a woman, but I felt comfortable and the service was excellent. I'll be back!
