I wouldn't let my worst enemy shop here. Horrible customer service. Needed the washing machine fixed less than a month after purchase. Broke again a week later and was refused service. Save your money and dignity.
I have bought several appliances from JC’s over the yrs from washer/Dryers to stoves and fridges. Extremely fair prices and honestly appliances from them have lasted longer than brand name store bought items. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!!!! Service man from large appliances store was going to cost 120.00 just for service call no repair. Do not recommend if you have a appointment to pick up appliances. Had an appointment for 11 and waited until noon. Tried calling/texting the owner, shows he read the messages but will not respond.
Dear "OWNER" I was interested in looking for a used refrigerator, and was reading the reviews of your store to try and find out if your reputation lived up to your BBB A+ rating. While most of the comments of the products are satisfactory, I admit I take customer service into account as to where I shop.
