They have been out to my house 3 times, the first was one of the Home Depot inexpensive check up. They said everything fine suggested a couple items. 3 months later AC not working, tech told me that it was dirty, drain in back shape, showed parts that said should be changed every 5 years, but said he could find nothing wrong, paid over $700 for chemical cleaning, and drain cleaning.
