ARS was absolutely professional and helpful in their service. The roof inspection included time to ask questions and explore options. The roof repair itself was done expertly and they even made sure that the cleaning of the roof was done by buying additional equipment when they perceived it was needed. After the work was completed, they spent extra time answering further questions I had to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!
ARS spoke with me on Christmas morning and had a crew out to us the following morning to inspect a roof leak. They discovered that a recent gutter cleaning we had done by another company did not do a thorough job and left a massive amount of debris in our gutters. They got right to work getting all the muck out of a very hard to reach spot and provided us before and after photos which show what a great job they had done. ARS replaced our 30-year-old roof. The quote and estimate process was clear and detailed and thorough. When the start date arrived, the entire team was cheerful and communcative and ernest. The foreman made sure the roof was watertight every night and they cleaned up the entire workspace around our house every night.
