Shawn is a great dude to work with, always is conscious of the yards and making sure that the ground is kept up nicely. He really is the guy you want to oversee your job, he doesn’t get into the pricing and says oh well we didn’t charge for this and that type of stuff like other contractors, he’s going to make it feel like your house and property is the only one in the world for the time the crew is working on your roof. Highly recommend this company, seems like they take good care of him and appreciate his work ethic.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend ARS Roofing. They, through a contractor (we fired), installed a new roof for us four years ago. After several leaks were found after the initial installation, they did come out and fix the issues. Fast forward to a month ago (10/20), a small drip developed in the MB. Called and scheduled a visit. They come and looked at the leek. We were told a team would be out to further investigate and resolve the issue.
