We are still backed up and no camera was available. Wanted to charge $1500 for other services to clear drain, felt like total bait n switch, still backed up and have to contact another service company that does not overcharge to snake out your drain so you are all cleared out. Unfortunate, but true, supposedly they are bringing a camera out Monday, still does not help us either sewage backing up in tub and laundry.

Called Sunday we’re supposed to come out to unclog my kitchen drain Between noon and and four. Called shortly before four saying they wouldn’t make it until Monday came Monday morning and Didn’t have the right tools went back to their shop came back again tried without using a camera said that it was a grease ball blocking the drain and that it would be $1000 to blow forced and it would make a very big mess on our kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors.
