Eduardo was very professional, explaining what he was doing all along the way to fixing our clogged sewer line that required removing the toilet, putting camera down the line to find problem, then calling in other team to repair line by cleaning out the line and applying epoxy to to the inside of the line to fix the problem. I am very happy with his and all of the other Rooter Hero team members that worked on this. Eduardo even installed a new toilet without additional charge. Thank you Eduardo.
