Requested to fix plumbing for a malfunctioned kitchen sink and they fixed it but in turn found an issue with the vertical pipeline going into the kitchen down to the garage. They estimated it would cost around 4k to fix and I had it fixed for 1k the following day with a different company which came with a 10 year warranty. Avoid.
