Jeremy was very professional and recommended that it was time for me to replace my ac unit and furnace after 20 years of use in my home. He made me comfortable on how he explained of the services I would be receiving and my finance choices. He is a great asset to ARS.

I was disappointed in the fact that I was given a 4 hour window, then the tech was 2 hours later than the time given. I don’t blame tech, I blame ARS for not being realistic, and possibly not having enough staff on duty. Once Hector Escobar got here he worked as fast and efficiently as possible. He was very clear on what he was doing and pricing. Also made arrangements for him and his supervisor to come back tomorrow to use a camara on the line, to check on further issues.

My new HVAC unit was cooling fine however every day the temperature would creep up even though i had it set on 70°.Steven came out this morning and was able to assess the issue which was the setting in the thermostat. The daily setting temperatures were high. He adjusted so now it will stay at the temperature i set it to when home or when I leave.
