Less than 1-yr-old AC stopped working, ARS was the installer then. Called them and told them my problem, and they had a tech out to me in an hour. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Not only did he show me what the problem was (a backed up SST drain float switch) but also educated me on how to fix it myself in the future. Service call was covered under warranty...I'll buy James a beer if I ever see him out and about. Thank you James and ARS.

Has entire system replaced. Expensive, ac went down this morning. Husband called for repair made an apt for between 8-12. Never showed up called again after 4 to see when they were coming and they told us they canceled the apt. No explanation no phone call. Word of mouth is great and ill be using it
