I hate to be the one to have to write this but BE CAREFUL - ARS Wilmington does not stand behind their product or service. In February of 2024 I had an entirely new HVAC system installed at a duplex I own. On the front side, when inspecting the system and then telling me that my system needed a full replacement, ARS was right there to send their sales guy in and collect $10,000.
