Recieved a call before the technician came out. He was prompt, professional and courteous!
After a bad storm, A/C was making a pulsating sound & coils froze up on a Friday night. Called ARS Saturday morning & they were here by noon. Diagnosed the problem within minutes & ordered a new fan motor which may have been from a power surge. Happy for the speedy service & knowledge. Jason was on time, very friendly & knowledgeable. Pleasure to do business with!
Isaac was very knowledgable about what the issues were and he made sure I understood what he was explaining.
Today, 7/30/25, I had ARS to do a semi annual A/C service. Issac arrived as scheduled and the entire service was coordinated by Natasha. My service technician was Issac. He was everything you want in a technician. Issac was excellent!!! He's was cordial, knowledgeable and very professional. He represents ARS in an exemplary manner. He should be commended!
