Technician was prompt and courteous .service was more thorough than previous and helped point out some issues.
I was stopped in Lowe's and told that they are offering a $9 hvac tune-up. guy came out to my house and said yeah the people at Lowe's always tell customers that but he really just came out to try to sell me another unit and I had to pay $9 for that.
Very kind, professional and knowledgeable
