Very professional, it has two thermostats and the one upstairs is fine but, I go to bed and wake in the morning at 65. I don't know why. Maybe too small of a unit was used. My electric bill was $650 for January. I can't afford that. December it was $480? Something is wrong. Getting better, today some adjustments were made and hopefully it works better.
