UPDATE: Today I waited 6+ hours AGAIN for someone to show up for a necessary post-installation inspection. It must be important because they have FedEx'd two letters to me stating their "internal audit" caught the open ticket that needs to be closed. They let this slip through the cracks. This inspection has been scheduled twice. No one shows up, no one follows up, no one returns phone calls. And the owner's phone number cannot be completed as dialed. Paid thousands of dollars for a new HVAC system. They were quick to install it I’m guessing so they could get paid. They came out later for the county to inspect the system and it failed due to a part that was not installed. I was told by the person that came out that someone would call to schedule the installation of the missing part, well nobody called, so I called and the person I spoke to said that she sent a ticket in to whoever does the scheduling and they would call to set up a time to do the installation.
