I have an urgent matter. My heat isn’t working. I get a phone call from Rich stating he’s not honoring my appointment. I have to work on his schedule and if I can’t drop everything I’m doing to run home in the next 30 minutes. He’s not coming. I signed up for the membership, which is $20 a month on two properties costing me $40 a month for discounts and premium service and this is the kind of service Not the first time I’ve used this company, but it will be the last one star
Sunday morning and my house was COLD. ARS installed my new furnace and A/C in February so I called them. The technician was here within an hour, found the problem and fixed it until they get the replacement part. All the guys who were here were super nice and professional. Both furnace and air conditioner were replaced in one cold February day. Call them you won't be disappointed.
Wow, where do I start? Yesterday we called ARS my air conditioning was not working. Person that came to my home was KEN He was very nice very informative not Pushy at all. However, he recommended instead of fixing .replacement . because the units were so old .He arranged for someone to come out today to give me an estimate on replacing my air-conditioning unit and furnace.
