I did not like the technician. He commented on the fact that I was present throughout the procedure. I always monitor strangers in my home. He was also using keywords like carbon dioxide and fire to scare me into hiring your company for a 1600 repair. He complained that my previous furnace techs had not done a very good job in an effort to make me think your company is sooooo much better. I don’t like underhanded business practices. Ty is a five star technician. He explained thoroughly all that he did to get the furnace ready for the Winter. Very professional and courteous.
Got my annual check on my furnace and the tech showed me that the heat exchanger was pretty rusted and since the furnace was 11 years old it probably was a good idea to replace it. Luke from customer service gave us a quote and we will have a new furnace tomorrow. Both men we very much appreciated.
