Service technician did some regularly scheduled maintenance and replace igniter, switches, and high limit switches on my main unit for my family room. The unit has stopped working and I have tried to restart it and it will not heat. I called ARS and they wanted to put me on schedule for Monday. This is unacceptable. This was a maintenance routine follow up and replacement of recommended parts by you if they are unable to fix this problem within 24 hours.
