Miguel was very polite, knowledgeable, caring, friendly and great customer service. He explained everything that was wrong with my water heater, he gave us options he didn't pressure us on anything. Our outside faucets front and back needed to be repaired and he mentioned that his company also do repairs and gace us the option to said yes or no which i liked so I said yes. Very impressed with ARS sales Rep..Aaleliah. Conducted a thorough inspection of AC unit. There was not a place on ac she didn’t inspect. After all that she sat down and was very thorough so l could understand the choice l needed to make. Didn’t try to force me into any decision. Just presented positive and negative of my choice. When final decision on price, she took off every possible deduction she could figure out. Reluctantly l said no. I had Gio come out and look at my Trane system. My Trane system is 8 years old. I was charge $395 but nothing was fixed. I had to call AC Repair Pros to look at it again and AC Repair pro’s were honest & working thru the issue. Ars rescue rooter charges $600 for leak detection. AC Air Repair Pros charged me $199 for leak detection and did a great job

Miguel was very nice very professional answered all my questions and concerns and took care of everything for me even added on draining my hot water heater for me appreciate the service. It was excellent.
