Jose and Vito did an awesome job on my new hot water heater installation. They were very polite and professional. They kept their worksite clean, completed the installation thoroughly and quickly while even educating me throughout the process. I went with ARS/Rescue Rooter for peace of mind after reading some horrific reviews on other companies. JT! Is the man! Love this guy and also love how effective ARS is. 5 stars for service. The only thing I’m noticing about ARS is the scheduling department is lacking a little. I e scheduled 3 times with them, each time has been a call back for missed appointments. But still super sweet over the phone and very prompt with a reschedule, if there is any critique that’s all.
They were giving out false charging information first and they change words after. Horrible business they have. They never agree what they did wrong. Be careful with the rip offs.
Very well knowledgeable about looking at site in question and advising it was ok thank your company for giving me the peace of mind that it was ok. I will call a referral anyone to choose AR for all future endeavors. Thanks Mrs Mamie Mallard
