Joshua was great. Very kind, patient and thorough. I appreciate his honesty and how to weigh out the best option to remove a toy my son put down the toilet. He tried everything possible before having to remove the toilet.
Technician Alex explained everything completely. He was very attentive and helpful.
Was happy at how quick they were able to get there and get things working again after main sewer collapse. Unfortunately I’ve dealt with a collapse before but couldn’t afford to put a liner all the way through at that time. They ended up replacing a section of pipe only. First time I used rescue rooter and they replaced a section of pipe and lined half the pipe for $2,900 less than I spent to just get a piece of pipe replace. Despite Rescue Rooter's recommendation to replace our 13 year old hot water heater my husband and I opted to go with a cheaper option and replace a part that we thought was the problem. Needless to say, I had to call in the very next morning because the heater went out again simply because we of the age of the unit. RR sent out another plumber, Tre, to our home and after every effort to try to fix we realized that we need to get a new tank.
