Shortly after I paid for many thousands of dollars of service from them to clean a pipe, which came with a one year warranty, my kitchen flooded due to a hole in the pipe they cleaned. Many thousands of dollars of damages. Next, the same problem that they supposedly fixed happened again a few months after the service, and now again 8 months after the service, and they are refusing to even honor their warranty and clean the pipe they did the service on. John Vick was, polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He explained everything so we knew exactly what he was going to do. Each time we have called them they have gotten us in right away.
Devin was great! He installed two bidet toilet seats for us. We would ask him back for any plumbing issues anytime.
