As of 04/07/2026 Ron Zueger, owner of ARS General Contractors in Wheat Ridge, CO and Wylie TX has refused to answer our request to return our money. He has ghosted us completely. Missed our weekly meeting, no return calls or text messages. They have not completed the work they were paid to do. He has not provided a contract, and no work has been done since January 2026. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN MONEY.
Been trying to get ahold of someone for a couple months to complete the work, no call backs, no emails, nothing. Left more messages than I can count. Original sales person quit, new contact never called back or emailed. Probably out of business?
Brandon Green with ARS did an exceptional job with our roof replacement. From dealing with insurance issues over a 6 month period of time to the completion of the work on schedule, I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you so much for the work, your follow through and especially your persistence to make sure my home was back to normal.

In March of this year, we had a nightmare problem in of ants in our roof (that were coming into the house) that were the telltale sign of moisture - our roof was not functioning properly but there was no obvious reason why. Lyle was seriously the best - he worked with his team to find the best solution for us (since insurance would not cover anything and we had a 3-month-old baby).
