Had water damage in our basement due to an upstairs faucet leak. Charles took extra steps to make sure all repairs were done to our expectations. We appreciated all the crew members taking extra caution since we had just had new carpet installed.
Dealing with these people was a total mess. They have different departments that don't communicate with each other and cannot tell you when they are coming. We had four different crews that came and could not tell us when the next one would come. Gave us a bid and then the total came back at twice that value. Did not tell us that the bid did not include everything that they did.
Roman and his crew are total rock stars. My hot water heater busted and it was quite the mess. They came in and within 1 day I have hot water again. Very professional, friendly and empathetic to my situation. I can not thank them enough. So amazing!!! You don’t find this very often anymore. Great job guys
