I had a great experience with ARS after water damaged two units in my apartment. They got right in, got things dried out, and put everything back together well. When I noticed they had forgotten to put a coat of paint over the primer on the baseboards, they got right in and took care of it. I especially appreciated that they played well with my insurance claims guy (Auto Owners Insurance). That helped the process go smoothly.

ARS is a corporation based out of Logan Utah. They totaled my home and turned a small fire with minimal damage into a total disaster by leaving my home without a roof for months and uncovered in the winter. DO NOT do business with this company! In addition they fraudulently charged for many line items that they DID NOT DO!

Had water damage in our basement due to an upstairs faucet leak. Charles took extra steps to make sure all repairs were done to our expectations. We appreciated all the crew members taking extra caution since we had just had new carpet installed.

Dealing with these people was a total mess. They have different departments that don't communicate with each other and cannot tell you when they are coming. We had four different crews that came and could not tell us when the next one would come. Gave us a bid and then the total came back at twice that value. Did not tell us that the bid did not include everything that they did.
