This appliance company exceeded all of my expectation. The repairman arrived minutes after I placed a call due to all of my frozen food was getting I bit soft and was covered with snow. The polite and intelligent man completely checked over the machine front and back and determined that the cooling system was functioning properly. He was patient and thorough.
