Tim was a great technician and a great person to be around. He has great concerns for our safety and found out that our problem we had was not up to code and fixed the issue and reasured us he fixed it the right way. He is truly passionate about what he does and I appreciate him very much knowing that my parents house is safer. TY Tim!
