My dryer was making a monstrous sound while drying, I contacted ARS . He came out, He had the whole thing taken apart, but he was confident that he could fix the problem, on the other hand I was worried 😟 But after doing what he knew to do and putting everything back together, he started the dryer. "Smooth as silk" (Impressive) He did a great job!
Says it's open but closed and look like they don't really have anything there looks like someone probably just orders parts and you have to wait for it to come in not what you would think when looking up repairs or supply's for fixing your own stuff.
These guys were great, fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone having appliance issues.
My refrigerator had a problem with new filter installation. Brian was here promptly and was very professional. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use ARS for any appliance problems.
They fixed my dryer in late April and my dishwasher in early Oct. They didn't overcharge and I will call them again when the next thing breaks.
