I hired this company to trim back and up the trees in my backyard. They said they were coming out to do an estimate, I explained I was not home to please call me with estimate. Instead they knocked and spoke to my 77 year old mother, whom has poor hearing and does not understand any accents. I'm sure without understanding them they asked her which branches she wanted removed. Who does that? They never discussed anything with me other than price.
