I'm very grateful for your team taking care of our water heater on a holiday weekend. Our gas to the water heater was turned off to ease our fear of gas. The plumber showed within the hour & fixed the problem. Thank you Arroyo Villas
I have lived at Arroyo Villas for 7 almost get 8 years and I have to say it has been nothing short of amazing they’re very prompt and accurate with their service. Joanne she has been nothing but amazing she goes above and beyond. She has even been able to meditate hard situations even with neighbors and find a common ground so everyone can be comfortable and feel at home.
I really wish I could give 0 stars because that’s exactly what the staff there deserve. RUDE AND DISGUSTING attitudes towards woman, Victoria talked to me like I was a dumb teenager. Had me put down 1,160 then said I needed to put MORE money down and occupy the property by tomorrow mind you I work 6 days a week and she says “that’s not my problem” I told them give me my money back! OMG, we are very excited to have moved over here in this area as it is clean and beautiful. The women in the office at the Arroyo Villas Apartments are very friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. My kids give the women in the office a big shout out for all their help as to making this move very smooth and successful🚚 THANK YOU LADIES…
Just moved in here, it is absolutely beautiful grounds and very polite neighbors. The units are large with a very pretty interior and balcony. Id also like to add that the front desk ladies are very polite. For the most part we worked with Joanne she was great although they all have been helpful.
