Been living here since 2014 and haven't had any issues. Staff is kind and the property is close to grocery stores and food places. Rent is also reasonable for the area. I recommend them to anyone wanting to live somewhere inexpensive on the west side of Albuquerque.
Have lived here 11 years and never had any major issues. Staff has always been friendly and respectful. I’ve recommended them to several friends and family over the years.
Fabulous office staff. Competent maintenance crew. Apartments are VERY well cared for. 🫶 Fast forward a year and entire management replaced and now they are having a power struggle about which Stephanie is in charge. It’s a bummer.
I lived here for 5 years. They don’t fix anything properly they rig everything to save money. The cabinets are literally falling apart. Like withering away they refused to fix all of them so they put one white one in but the rest were tan. And the drawer you could not open all the way unless you open the oven. All the plugs are so old when you plug something in it just falls out. When you have when your apartment floods, whether it’s because of a neighbor or some pipe, just busting your house, they are not very helpful I had... read more
Me and my sister lived here as our first apartment in 2014 and it was a cute little starter apartment. We were 18 and had retail jobs at the time. We liked our 2x2. We had a great view of the Sandia Mountains. Stephanie has been one of the best managers I’ve ever worked with!!
