Beautiful homes and all the amenities that we were looking for. Nice area of town as well. Construction Supervisor was the only downfall and did not represent the company as they should have. Times lines for completing tasks were not done.
It would seem that Richmond homes doesn't care about our children's safety if your kids get hurt at the park take action because there's no signage for age limit also no covering on hot plastic and metal equipment the park is unsafe and not age restricted pic below as of May 2024 lol I don't feel anyway it's a fact and I showed proof a better response would be to rectify the issues meaning fix the signage and provide better coverage so our children don't burn their skin on hot metal when it's been between 100 degrees until 1... read more

Here’s the issue… as a builder and more simply put, as a human being, you should stand by what you tell your customers you will do. We are sick and tired as consumers holding up our end of deals only to have our kindness taken for weakness. The fact of the matter is, you build homes.
