This clinic is SHADY. I received treatment for Covid a few years ago. They told me they received my insurance, took all my info. Then a year later they bill me. We argue but my husband ends up going into the clinic and paying. This was last year. This year I receive the same invoice we already PAID! On March 6th, I had an appointment at Arroyo Health Labs. My doctor's office recommended them since I have an underlying condition and needed some blood work and other lab work done. When I went in for my visit, it was clear why they were recommended. Letty and her staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. The office was very clean and organized. I would definitely visit again in the future.
Arroyo Health (Leticia) worked with us on a billing situation and there was a positive, amenable resolution made so that both parties were satisfied. There was a miscommunication made by the insurance company to both me and Arroyo. I was originally told by MedExpress Palm Beach Gardens that Arroyo was IN-Network, and they sent me there (Arroyo) for Monoclonal Antibodies for COVID last year. I went to Arroyo Health Labs. I was feeling really bad.I was sick & they hooked me up. I felt so much better after I had my infusion. They really have it going on there. They were easy to get in & they filed everything with my insurance. It certainly makes thing way easier than trying to get in with your doctors, they always make you wait to get in. These people don’t! They were so kind & considerate! I would highly recommend them! You will be happy you did.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Company told us they took our insurance for covid treatment, which they collected all of our insurance information and approved it and proceeded with the treatment. Now all of a sudden, 3 years later we get a random letter from a collection agency for over $3,000....yes, 3 years later...no bills.... no attempt at contacting us... just collections and for a ridiculous amount of money.
