Place is a joke, the new management is hilarious. This new manager Ellie is not management material. No playground for the kids, up your rent every three months. Always hassling you with notes and letters while cars speed down the streets. Something stolen out of your yard? They don't care. You also pay more lot rent living next to the mosquito ponds. I love this park i have lived here for 15 yrs and always a good time here a great family park. New maintenance staff very friendly and helpful.
