I installed three Arroyo Craftsman Lights yesterday. Arroyo Craftsman SCCM-15F-RC Raw Copper 15" saint clair inverted semi-flush ceiling mount. The absolute lack of engineering was the worst I have ever seen in mounting lights to our ceiling. They supplied a 1/2 " brass nipple. Why on earth the could not supply a 1.5 inch completely boggles my mind. We had to buy new universal mounting brakes, longer threaded nipples and bolts. I would challenge the owner to install one of these!!! Quality was questionable. Flimsy metal .

The design and craftsmanship is fantastic and they have always been our biggest sellers. Yes. they are either non-returnable or returnable with a restocking fee. Bought several thousand dollars with of craftsman light fixtures from Arroyo. The porch wall sconces were too large for the available space so we wanted to return them and get a smaller version. Arroyo would not take them back - no returns. They also won't talk directly to you. When I tried to talk to them they sent a nastygram to the local retailer I purchased them through.
