If I could I would give this apartment complex a zero star. They have bad maintenance and management. They even have parking issues inside the complex and outside since a lot of the tenants that has more than 3+ cars. On top of that the manager wouldn’t answer your call or text for how many days until they want to reply back to you. You shouldn’t waste your time trying to apply here since they will just take your application fee.

Apartment is very spacious & reasonably priced for this area. Community grounds are well kept & clean with a family vibe to it. I enjoy hearing the kids laugh & play in the court yard, but for the most part it’s pretty quiet around here. I love how this place is centrally located near a lot of shopping/eating areas, as well as being only one exit away from all major frwys (22/55/57/5). How do you expect to ever be able to find a place if no one ever answers. Clearly by the old review this is still an on-going issue. If you post an apartment online for rent with a number of course you are going to get calls inquiring about the apartment, so why not answer and inform people how to go about applying. I've called the number that's listed on google, hotpads, zillow multiple times at various hours of the day, messaged them through all those sites, texted the number that's on the voicemail and no answer, call bac... read more
