I had an awesome experience with Arroyo Auto. Ohan took care of everything from beginning to end and stayed transparent the entire time, which really put me at ease. They replaced the door skin on my car and repainted it, and since the car is still new I was worried the repaired panel wouldn’t match the factory paint. The result was flawless. Steve is the most insufferable person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The sheer arrogance and disrespect is honestly sad and embarrassing. Grown man acting like a spoiled child in public behind the name of Arroyo Auto. Fire him and I’ll remove this review and leave a 5 star just for that. Absolutely disgraceful…
Excellent shop can’t recommend enough. Had to turn to them during a very stressful time and Ohannes at Arroyo was so kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and made every part of the process understandable and straightforward.
