Jim is absolutely the best. I brought in an ‘86 Porsche 944 that was quoted an arm and a leg at other shops; Jim is priced very reasonable but certainly does not skimp on quality. I went in for various engine and chassis work, car drives absolutely perfect thanks to Jim. Very quick to respond, great integrity, and makes sure the job is done properly. Steve is the most insufferable person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The sheer arrogance and disrespect is honestly sad and embarrassing. Grown man acting like a spoiled child in public behind the name of Arroyo Auto. Fire him and I’ll remove this review and leave a 5 star just for that. Absolutely disgraceful…
Helped me with my flat tire , great service we’ll definitely return again
I went in for a maintenance check, and while the price was reasonable, the professionalism was the worst I’ve ever encountered at any mechanic shop. I did not receive a detailed receipt of the services performed on my car, which I needed to justify the expenses for my work. When I explicitly asked for this, the person in charge made the excuse that they didn’t have a computer and flat-out refused to even write the list by hand on a piece of paper.
