TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK SPEAKS TO CUSTOMERS VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY. AND AFTER MY PET WAS IN THEIR CARE FOR ONE DAYHAD A URINARY TRACK INFECTION. MY DOG DOES NOT GO OUTSIDE AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PETS. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.

Awesome clinic for your pets. We've been bringing our pets here to see Dr. Paul (and now Dr. Michelle) for over 15 years. Much nicer than the typical "corporate vet".

Our pets are like kids to us, and Dr. Paul understands that. His kindness and caring are unsurpassed in our experience. He has taken care of our cats for over 15 years, and was there to guide us through the heartbreaking loss of two of them. Arroyo Animal Clinic Dr. Paul and his staff are wonderful. They are very caring to all animals. Dr. Paul spent a lot of time explaining to me how to care of my new guinea pig, and was very reasonable priced. When my older cat was dying, he explained all my options, including the time and cost of each option. He prefers to explore the least invasive and least expensive options first.
We have been visiting Dr. Paul Umeda for 15 years, during the wonderful and long life of our beloved dog. Dr. Paul always showed exceptional care, and practicality when discussing our dog's health. He took generous time to answer all of our questions (wish my own doctor would do that!), and showed compassion and understanding when it was time to say goodbye. I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his staff for caring for anyone's pet.
