There’s very few people with real customer service skills here. My mom and I were standing at the bar for seven minutes not helped, and then other people who just showed up got helped before us. and by the time the guy got to us, he said they couldn’t make anymore food. i said “we’ve been here for seven minutes” and as my mom and i walked away there was an eruption of laughter. annoying and unprofessional. we’ve came here for the last 10 years and have never experienced something like this.

Deluxe King room is a king size bed in an 1980's master bedroom size room. Tv is up high on a weird dresser / microwave fridge combo located on the side vs out front of bed and a chair stuck in the corner between the giant dresser and an adjoining door. Desk with lamp & coffee maker makes trying to use a laptop difficult. 1 nightstand because there wouldn't be enough room to move if they had one on each side of the bed.
