Very friendly but also very understaffed, the hotel has not been well kept, very outdated, we had holes in our bathroom ceiling, and you could see where water was up to our bathroom door at one time. very OVERPRICED for the conditions. The water park is only open from 3pm till 9pm Monday-Friday , it too is in sad shape, tarps hanging on a walkway over the lazy river, the hot tub is very dirty, needs to be drained and scrubbed and repainted. lots of rust, dirt and dust all over the play areas , lazy river and hot tub area.
