I’ve had a great experience with the pharmacy in Arrowwood. Basil is always very helpful, kind, and professional. They make communication so easy through text messages, which is incredibly convenient, and they always explain everything clearly and concisely. It’s really nice to have such a reliable and friendly pharmacy in a small community. I truly appreciate the excellent service and how easy they make the whole process. Highly recommended!
Clinical pharmacist called on behalf of a patient who was admitted. Very rude and unprofessional. Yelled at over the phone. Unfortunately, the residents here do not have another alterative. Worth the drive to Gleichen or Carseland where one does not have to be berated for trying to advocate on behalf of patients.
Excellent local pharmacy. They have all the common items people would need, plus if you are prescribed something unusual they can have it for the next day from my experiences. I'd recommend it for anyone in the area or for anyone who is coming through town and has a need for some acetaminophen or anything else.
