I spent 30 + days here after a lot of research. Absolutely everything about this place was misrepresented and they are just out to make $$$. Ladies are treated unfairly, staff is burnt out/undertrained, there is absolutely no physical activity, it does NOT meet ADA requirements and the food is NOT chef made! There are much better options out there!
The facility treated me well, I was respected and the staff was transparent. I learned a lot beginning my sobriety journey and will always keep Arrowwood in my heart. I cant thank them enough.
This place was amazing! Beds were comfy the massages were great. Groups were awesome and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a great experience especially with case management and therapist. I will miss everyone there.
My experience at Arrowwood was truly life changing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt cared for, safe and heard. My physical, mental and emotional health were the top priority to all of the staff. My therapist, Chastity was always amazing. I am so thankful for the BHTs, and the nurses who were always available. A special thanks to BHT Chris and nurse Helen who went over and above for me. The food and amenities were fantastic. I am forever grateful for the new life Arrowwood has given me.
Great facility with caring staff!! I would recommend to anyone. Very comfortable facility.
