The electrician, Tyler, arrived to correct my issue. He was quick, courteous and tidy. The problem was my own dumb fault, but he said it was simple oversight, not dumb. Then, because it was a simple fix, Mike called to say “no charge.” (Sorry, bad pun) I would hire Arrowview again in a flash (sorry, two bad puns).
