What a great bike repair shop . We are so great full for Louis B at Arrowsmith Bikes in Parksville. As a group riding from Nanaimo to Courtney,one of our group experienced a rear wheel bearing failure ,Louis took a quick look and then asked if we could wait 45 mins to get it fixed ,it is rare to find this level of customer service ,they have a " let's keep our cyclists rolling" . I can't say enough thank you Louis Alan
Even though I ride a road bike, the Arrowsmith Mtn Cycle shop has become my go-to local bike shop. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they can be counted on to do the work that needs to be done when they say they will at a cost that is reasonable.
