Amazing service at this local Parksville bike store and shop. The belt came off my electric bike and I had to walk it into the store on a Saturday and the owner spent over half an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem so I could ride home to French Creek and charged me $13.00!!!! I haven't had any trouble with the bike since. Very kind and highly recommended.
I keep coming back, they keep taking my money and I keep leaving happier than I was when I went in. What more can a person ask for really. I went back and bought another bike from them. If you go back for more bikes, that means something right?? Can't say enough good about these guys. Fantastic shop with very friendly staff who are always willing to service your needs and shoot the breeze. Keep my tires spinning guys!

Awesome service! Caught a flat tire passing through at a local RV park. Popped in and they fixed me up with a new tube in minutes, plus offered a heap of local trail knowledge. Thanks, Boys!!
