After traveling from the east coast and assembling my mountain bike, one of my brake rotors was damaged. I called the shop for assistance during the late afternoon and they said to bring it in right away. They got me up and running in no time. Fantastic service and very friendly staff. 10 stars.

Pretty disappointed after multiple experiences with this shop. First experience was bringing in a wheel with a broken spoke. After leaving it with them, I was told that they needed to get the spoke in from another place because it was an unusual part. That's fine. Took them about a week to call me again. I come in, take one look at the spoke, and notice that it had been twisted during install. They take the wheel back and assure me they'll fix it.
