Excellent shop that was super helpful with my recent bike issue, had me back on the road quick and very reasonable service fee. Definitely come here for any cycle needs on your journey!
I came in today during the Victoria Day long weekend to get my car tire patched. All the local mechanics were closed, so Arrowsmith Bikes was my last option. Big shoutout to boss man Noah for helping me with a tire pump and soapy water for me to apply my patch kit. You’ve gone above and beyond what anyone could expect with customer service, cheers to Noah!
Excellent service. They went out of their way to find the parts necessary to repair my somewhat older Italian designed road bike. Plus, they did the work at an extremely good price.
They are very knowledgeable and helpful, without any pressure. They diagnosed my bike's issue and found me a great deal on a solution, then offered to install it and got me up and running for the weekend. Great experience for me on all fronts!
Aerosmith has been most helpful with bike repair and tuning our Bikes over the years. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I've had a couple tricky repairs , and they were able to get it done.
