Nick and his team really went the distance for me in tracking down and solving a mysterious problem that had kept my 2015 Fiat 500e off the road for more than a year! Loved the service. We had taken our Hyundai Elantra to Arrows Automotive to get our car checked out and they provided us with in depth descriptions of repairs needed to be done with our vehicle and had given us all opinions so we didn’t feel like we didn’t have a choice. The communication was great and a big shoutout to Chelsea for being so communicative throughout the whole time my vehicle was in the shop! Highly recommend 😊
They took care of me. I had to leave my car for repairs and they provided a Lyft to/from home. Would have provided a rental car if I wanted. Friendly service and full check of my car. Had multiple items completed at the same time. Very pleased.
