Arrows is my go-to mechanic shop for my VW. While they aren’t necessarily cheap, they are genuinely quality mechanics and will give you the full scope of details and options depending on your situation. I truly appreciate them for being honest and trustworthy because it’s hard to find in this world sometimes.
Here's a fair and honest review after taking my Ram Promaster to Arrows a few times. In general, I think they are a reasonably priced shop trying to do honest work. However, I have had some issues with service there. The first issue occurred after they installed an oil sending unit. I got misfiring cylinder code on the drive home. I took it back and they fixed their mistake which was a faulty or poorly installed gasket. Make sure you request a copy of the estimate, the person I talked to gave me an estimate for $1600 and wasn't paying attention and quoted me for completely different car I don't own, I called a second time and I was quoted $2100. Poor customer service, I don't know how you confuse a highlander for a rav4.
