This is the worst experience I’ve had with a bank in my entire life. I have been with ArrowPointe for years, and it is impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone most of the time. I usually have to physically go to the bank for minor things. Today I went to deposite money as well as let them know I would be traveling and needed to increase my daily allowed spending. I really like this bank and the people that work here. The main problem I have is the looooooong wait times when I call.
