Horrible customer service. They run this bank like it’s a government institution. I don’t think they realize there’s dozens of banks in the area to chose from.

I went to ArrowPointe Federal Credit Union, Olde Pointe Branch, Rock Hill to see about a mortgage refinance for a lower interest rate. Even though she was there, it was 20 minutes before Allison made an appearance. The plans and interest rate she quoted was not competitive at all with other lending institutions. It was a strange experience.
