Every time I call to the Lancaster Arrowpointe I am number 16 or 17 in the Q and have to wait any where from 30 minutes to 1 hour to transfer money from one of my accounts that I can't transfer from online. I went to the Lancaster Branch on 4/15/21 and there was only one teller at the window with 5 cars in the line through drive. 4 other tellers were sitting at their stations talking with no customers at all. I had to leave and call back since I was on my lunch break. This is a sorry excuse for a bank.
