Arrowood is an all family mobile home community situated in a country like setting on 22 flat wooded acres. Due to its proximity of being close to employment, shopping, and the surrounding local culture, most of our residents have been residing in the community for years. Additionally, we offer some community owned rental homes for local residents and in support of our military personal located at Fort Gordon.

Horrendous! !!!!! This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. I stay for 6 months and experienced the following. Keep in mind I emailed promptly at each encounter to the landlord due to her being in her office 9:30 am-12pm maybe 1 to 2 days a week. Cats over run the neighborhood and get under the trailer and spray making your home never smell clean and you hear the swarm of strays at night and her them fight.
