We purchased our previous 2 boats here. And go figure, 2 days before the July 4th holiday we have a mechanical issue(not the dealer's fault). Thier service team immediately jumped on the boat to investigate, and their sales team went above and beyond to enusre my kids could still tube and enjoy the lake that weekend. I struggle to see how anybody would consider buying a boat somewhere else. They also own Cedar Port Marina by the dam and my kids love going there for popsicles every weekend.
Just bought our second boat from Arrowhead. They have been like family from Day 1. Always took care of us from service to the gas dock. Brian Ruth always goes above and beyond. Quality people during the whole process of being a boat owner…Matthew in finance, Riley delivering boat, Luke running the ship store. Service department is top notch. If you’re looking to get a boat, go to Arrowhead.
