Staff is friendly, compassionate and helpful. They have a new Snout program that let's you pay per month for wellness exams, immunizations, dental, and some prevention meds....and more. Helps ease the burden of a sudden bill while keeping your fur baby safe and protected.
I never imagined, nor thought it would be possible, to find a place where the entire staff truly cared about the well-being of my fur babies until I walked into Arrowhead. Dr. Ketcher and her entire staff truly have been the best ever. I am grateful for all they have done for our family.
Gigi Zyla here. We recently moved here and are so happy to have found this clinic. Doctors and staff are very kind , efficient and knowledgeable. I have a very nervous dog so they brought music into the room for her! Rooms are very sizable and clean. They also have two exits from waiting room in case the gets crowded. That’s a big deal. Another exceptional thing they provide is the ability to be able to text questions, ectcetera . The response times are exceptional. Thank you Arrowhead.
