We were so impressed by the empathy and kindness shown to us and our pet, Daisy. This was our initial visit, it was an emergency and we were given an appointment in less than 2 hours. This fact alone relieved much anxiety. Such pleasant and efficient technicians including Doctor Silvia Dimigen who thoroughly examined and explained the injury and planned medical procedure. In a matter of 5 days Daisy is doing fine, back to her normal self.

We have trusted Arrowhead with all our dogs for over a decade. Dr. Libby , Julie and all the staff have been unfailingly professional but also empathetic as we have dealt with various medical/dental issues in our canine family. Last month, Dr. Michaela and her colleagues helped our Oliver cross the Rainbow bridge. We can’t say enough about the proficiency and support provided by them as we dealt with this trauma. All paws and toe beans up from Zeus and Bourbon! 5 barks 🩵 highly recommend!!! We wanted to give a huge thank you to Arrowhead Vet, especially Dr. Libby and Steffi, for taking such wonderful care of us. Going to the vet can be scary for us Frenchies amd cause great anxiety, but they made us feel safe, loved, and comfortable the entire time.
