Called several times. They responded once that they will get back to me. 5 weeks later, still waiting for their return call.
Brad Concordia/Arrowhead installed a faulty rubber roof on my house and also my neighbors in August 2018. He charged me $1200 for my porch roof and $500 for my neighbor’s exact same roofline. He hired incompetent, unskilled roofers who didn’t even put seam tape down. Water has gotten between the insulation and rubber and we BOTH need new roofs. Brad doesn’t return phone calls which coincides with how he conducts his business with other clients. He doesn’t honor his warranties either.
