This is the worst hospital ever !!!! They had me waiting and waiting for over 4 hours !!! They had told me to wait cuz the nurses were at their break , I came back and ask what was going on and this time they make me wait cuz there are changing shifts !!!! What kind of system is this !!!!! Lack of service and plus’s a rude receptionist .
I am new here, and I've only been here three times, but I always leave frustrated and angry. I don't know what it is with the doctors here, but they act put out when you ask them to actually explain the results of your x-rays and lab tests and discuss follow-up treatment. I thought it would be time saving and convenient to have x-ray and lab all in one place, but it was a mistake to come here.
Terrible place. The women at the front lose paperwork, doctor doesn't order medication for stage 4 cancer, won't answer questions. Haven't had a scan to see my progress in months. They don't help me.
